Amanda spent over a decade at Aperian, rising from Technical Project Manager to Co-President and Chief Product Officer. In this role, she led the development and launch of Guides AI CoPilot, a generative AI tool built on a RAG system using OpenAI’s 4o-mini model and a proprietary Pinecone vector database—delivered on a lean $60k R&D budget. She spearheaded a shift to microservices architecture, championed a product-led growth (PLG) strategy that generated 100+ qualified leads in its first quarter, and directed end-to-end onboarding and analytics frameworks. Under her leadership, the company’s EBITDA grew 4x in one year, and the product organization doubled in size, transitioning into agile, pod-based teams.
Amanda also led large-scale organizational transformation across the global company, overseeing a $11M+ P&L, leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, UX, and data, and restructuring internal operations to support scalable innovation. She reestablished company values and brand positioning during a period of strategic realignment, earning a “Most Loved Workplace” designation from Newsweek. Her cross-functional work included defining system requirements, restructuring data models, and overseeing a major website migration to Drupal CMS in partnership with marketing.
