Leading with Vision.
Building with Care.
Amanda has spent her career helping organizations navigate complexity—from scaling teams and launching AI products to rebuilding systems and reestablishing shared purpose. She leads with vision and works with care, believing the way we build things matters just as much as what we build.
She has led transformation from the inside—as a Chief Product Officer, technical strategist, and operations leader—and from the outside, advising organizations as they reimagine their work. Amanda is also the founder of AmandaMade, a slow fashion practice rooted in systems, storytelling, and intentional design. Whether she’s advising a CEO on transformation readiness or hand-stitching a garment, her work is about making the complex feel possible—and helping people move forward with clarity.
Amanda lives in San Francisco with her husband and son. She is a member of Chief, a network for women in executive leadership, and volunteers with her son’s elementary school PTA. Her creative life, being a parent, and her commitment to community shape how she leads - with curiosity, care, and systems that serve real people.
